Classes Explained

Class Intensity, Impact and Difficulty Rating

  • Green classes will generally be either floor based or low impact.
  • Amber classes bridge the gap between low impact and high impact. In these classes you will be asked to push your limits but without the impact of red classes.
  • Red classes are both high intensity and high impact. These classes will involve running, jumping, bounding and even crawling your way to becoming a fitter you.

Body Conditioning

All Fitness Levels are Welcome.

Lighter weight training with major focus on body conditioning. You will be super charged with positive energy from the start of your day straight through ‘til evening. Class kick starts with comfortable, moderate intensity and impact and builds up to total body fat burn in last 10 min. It’s definitely a class you don’t want to miss.

Circuit Mania

In this circuit training class, you’ll be hitting every muscle, from tip to toe. We’ll be using every type of training in the book to increase cardio levels, lean muscle mass, and endurance. Circuit training studies have shown a higher post-exercise metabolic rate as well as strength levels, which means, you’ll be burning fat all day long after this intense work out.

Hardcore

This Abs class concentrates on the muscle region surrounding the abdominal area (abs) and the lower back, to strengthen and tone that all important core.

HIIT

​HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods.

Kettlebell & Core Circuits

​Kettlebells are a type of workout that builds strength and endurance by using multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Core exercises improve the foundation of stability by working the muscles surrounding your trunk and pelvic floor. Combine these together and you have a fun and challenging workout that guarantees results.

PAYG Yoga

Spin Tone Stunner

This is a class where there are no limits. You simply push yourself to the new you. Every week there are new exciting challenges. “Rest period” is on the spin bike, where there simply is no rest. While performing weight training you do as much and as heavy you can. Focus is on perfect form, high heart rate and flawless building. So your fitness level just has to improve week in, week out.

Summer Shred

This class is designed to improve your endurance and strength at the same time. Circuit type of training with 12 stations: 6 high intensity with cardiovascular input and 6 slower pace with light to medium strength training. In this class your heart rate will be high while still toning up.

TRX Cardio Burn

​This Intense class will alternate rounds of TRX Full Body Movement with two minute cardio intervals. Get this done and everything else will be a snap!

Yoga

All Fitness Levels are Welcome in this class.

Fast paced Hatha yoga flow class focused on movement uniting physical postures, or asanas, with breathing. The class is designed to create strength and flexibility in the body with creative sequences to compliment. Hatha Flow yoga classes can be more vigorous and aerobic yet, therapeutic with a strong focus on unity of body, mind and spirit.
